Munster Senior, Under 23 and Juvenile Unevenage  takes place in Tramore, Co. Waterford.  Details to follow. Location: Tramore Racecourse, Co. Waterford, X91 XP29 Seniors and U23 will run 7.5k at Munster championships in line with National. U18 & U20 will run 4.5k at Munster championships in line with National, All other senior events at Munster i.e. Intermediate & Novice will remain the same distance. Novice Women distance is 4000m.   No glass bottles are allowed at any venues.   Other Munster events.

Munster Masters with Juvenile Relay Cross Country takes place in Twomileborris, Co. Tipperary. Venue:  Middlepiece Leigh, Two Mile Borris, Co. Tipperary E41 TX25 Seniors and U23 will run 7.5k at Munster championships in line with National. U18 & U20 will run 4.5k at Munster championships in line with National, All other senior events at Munster i.e. Intermediate & Novice will remain the same distance. Novice Women distance is 4000m.   No glass bottles are allowed at any venues.   Other Munster events.
