Limerick Juvenile Cross Country Relays

Cross Country Relays are all 4x500m for U9, U11, U13, U15 and there may be an U16 mixed (2 boys and 2 girls) if there is interest.
U10 athletes can compete in the U11 race, and the same for U12 and U14 competing up into U13 and U15 races. An athlete cannot move up two age groups.
The event will take place at Bilboa AC in Cappamore on Sunday September 21st. Races start at 11AM.
Age Categories in 2025 Cross Country Competition. New registrations, born in 2018, cannot compete in 2025. They can compete in 2026 when they will be turning 8 years old.
