Munster 2026 Indoor U15-19 Day 2
Day 2 of the U15-19 indoor championships started with mixed relays for U17 and U19. The U19 team came 3rd while the U17 team finished just off the emdals in 4th. In the U16 60m sprint, Jay Collins took gold, Isbéal Ní Huigín took gold in the U17 girls sprint too while Grace Mainoo was second in the U18 sprint. Éanna Ní Huigín was also second in the U19 sprint. Lavr Malejevs was second in the U15 shot while in the U17 shot, Raymond O’Brien was 3rd and Oisin Garvey was 4th. Munster 2026 Indoor U15-19 Day 1
Day 1 of Track and Field at the Munster indoors for 2026. Results can be seen online at http://live.munsterathletics.com/menu.html A new championship record was set in the Shot by Emer Purtil, who broke the old record with all of her throws and se also took gold in high jump. Her sister Meabh also took gold in her high jump event. There was gold for the U19 girls relay and silver for the U15 girls. Jay Collins won in his hurdles while Megan O’Shea took the sivler in hers. 2026 Limerick County Indoor Track and Field
After a long day in Nenagh, the 2026 Track and Field season is offically begun. Kicking off a 10AM with the U11 4x200m relays, and ending at 6:30PM with the U15 long jumps, it was a fantastic day put together by the Limerick County Board, and all the volunteers that gave their time to ensure smooth running of all the events. Limerick 2025 Juvenile Uneven-age Cross Country
The final county cross country championship was held on Sunday Nov 9th at the Newcastle West Show grounds, hosted by West Limerick AC. There was a great turnout from Dooneen Juveniles across all of the categories with team and individual success in each of the categories on the day. Limerick 2025 Masters Cross Country
The final county cross country championship event for 2025 took place on Sunday, Nov 9th at the Newcastle West Show Grounds, hosted by West Limerick AC. The weather cleared especially for us on the day, although the ground under foot was still quite soft. Proper cross country, as one might say.

2025 Limerick County Senior and Even Age Cross Country
Newcastle West Show Grounds were the venue for the championships today. Races started bright and early, in glorious sunshine no less, with the senior women followed by senior men and the running through all the juvenile races.

Limerick Crosscountry Relays 2025
County Cross Country Relays took place in Bilboa on Sunday Sept 21st. It was a fine sunny day for once in September for this year’s relay championships. Teams from all the clubs competed in 4x500m relays in U9, U10, U11, U13 and U15 categories and a mixed U17 to wrap it all up.

2025 Munster Track and Field U9-13
Munster 2025 TF U9-13, Saturday June 7th and Sunday June 8th in Waterford RSC. U10 girls 500m, Zoe Haugh who finished 5th in her heat, with Lily Giltenane and Aoibhín O’Brien both finishing 9th itn their respective heats U10 girls 60m Zoe Haugh, Alyssa Fitzgerald, Róise Murnane and Nora O’Reilly-Sanz U11 girls 600m Blanka Kowalska and Izabella Benke with both girls also competing in the 60m sprint along with Olivia Harty and Lana Fitzgerald U12 girls 60m Clara Mooney who made it to the semi-final U9 girls 300m Leila Hughes and Emelia McCarthy, who finished in the top 10 U9 girls 60m Leila Hughes and Emelia McCarthy, who finished second…

2025 Munster U12-14 Indoor Championships
The 2025 Munster Indoor Championships are now complete with the second weekend in Nenagh. Starting the weekend off were the hurdles and in Girls U14 was Faye Cusack, followed by Sophie Sherlock and Clara Mooney in U12. Clara made the semi-final and Sophie made the final. In the U13 Hurdles Lucy O’Donnell made the semi-final. In Boys U13 Hurdles Bobby Weekes and Milo Liddy-McDonagh both made the final, with Bobby finishing 2nd and Milo coming 8th. Girls U14 800m Lara O’Regan ran in heat 2 alongside the eventual overall winner while Eva McMahon ran heat 4 winning this heat and finishing 2nd overall.
