Michal Rejmer 10 Mile Race 2025
Please Join us for our 10-Mile Road Race on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
Hosted by Dooneen Athletic Club, this event honors the memory of dedicated marathon runner and club member Michal Rejmer.
Race Details:
• Start/Finish Location: Limerick Racecourse, Greenmount Park, Patrickswell, Co. Limerick (Eircode: V94 K858)
• Route: A scenic 10-mile loop beginning at Limerick Racecourse, passing through Raheen and the picturesque Patrickswell/Crecora countryside, and concluding back at the racecourse.
The course is accurately measured with a Jones counter, holds an Athletics Ireland permit and is chip timing.
Registration Options:
• Individual Entry: €25
• Relay Team (2 participants): €40 per team
This year introduces a relay team category, allowing two participants to share the course with legs of 4 and 6 miles respectively. Additionally, corporate teams of four (including at least one female participant) are encouraged to compete as well as Club teams prizes Male and Female ( 4 to score).
Prizes and Amenities:
• A prize fund of €3,000 recognizing the top performers across various categories.
• Bespoke commemorative medals for the first 500 finishers. 
• Post-race refreshments, teas/coffee and home baking and also including artisan ice cream, for all participants and supporters.
