Dooneen Mungret Development Update

We are thrilled to announce that the first phase of Dooneen AC’s acquisition of 5.26 acres of land at Caheranardrish, Mungret from Limerick City and County Council is nearing completion. This marks a major milestone in our journey to develop top-class sports facilities for the community.

Our vision includes:

Phase 1: Land acquisition (almost complete!)

Phase 2: Construction of a state-of-the-art indoor training sports facility

Phase 3: Development of a 300m running track

These new facilities will provide incredible opportunities for athletes and sports enthusiasts across Mungret, Raheen, Dooradoyle, Patrickswell and the wider Limerick area.
