Munster U9-U11 Indoor Championships

Under 9 to 11 Munster Indoor championships were held in Nenagh on Sunday, March 10th.

Competition was fierce this year with very high entries into all events.  U11 girls had 10 heats in the 600m and 14 heats in the 60m sprint while there were as much as 100 in several age groups on long jump.

All participants received a special certificate of achievement which we presented to those that braved the wet weather on Monday evening in The Comp, plus an extra early Easter gift from the club in recognition of their performance.

Katelyn also received her first Munster medal in the 1km walk.
