Club members, parents and friends are taking part this year in the national active outdoors initiative aimed at boosting participation by girls and women in outdoor fitness of all kinds.  Thanks to Athletics Ireland for supporting this joint Dooneen and Limerick AC activity through the HEROutdoors campaign fund.  The 3-session format is group warm-up to music, mobility and stretching followed by paired stations for a circuit utilising the outdoor gym equipment in Mungret Park.
